This is dependent on the event type, for weddings we can provide access from 10:00 am. This can be discussed further with our events team.
Due to noise restrictions, we have to close the doors to the balcony at 11:00pm. Last orders at the bar are at 11:30pm with a party finish time of 12:00am
Yes, we have disabled access and a lift. We also have disabled bathroom facilities situated in the Fairbairn Room.
Yes, we do. With access through both the Members Room and the Long Room, the balcony is included with your private hire and offers uninterrupted views over the Thames. The doors to the balcony must be closed at 11:00pm due to licensing and noise restrictions.
We can have heaters on the balcony, however, these need to be discussed prior with the events team.
We don’t have on-site parking at the club. There are pay and display options available on the roads around the boathouse.

Yes - Tables and chairs, linen, crockery, and glassware is all included in your venue hire. You are also happy to work with external suppliers to ensure this style or the needs of your event.
We have WiFi across the Clubhouse which you are welcome to use for the duration of your event.

We can’t have naked flames on the mantels or window sills due to fire restrictions. They are welcome on the tables.

We offer corkage options on wines and sparkling wines. Everything else has to be purchased over the bar.
Yes, we have speakers within the Bar and Long Room. We also have a handheld microphone that you are welcome to use.
Unfortunately not, this is due to local residents and licensing restrictions.
Yes! You are welcome to have live music, however, they must finish by 11:00 pm. A DJ or recorded music can be played until 12:00 am.

Absolutely! We have held a range of themed events, and we have turned the boathouse into a Jungle, Space, Tropical paradise, and much more. Our events team is on hand to help arrange logistics.
